With Head Quarters in London United Kingdom is looking for Career Support Assistant

This is an entry level position to work onsite

 BASIC REQUIREMENT:

 In some cases :-staff may be allowed to work

remotely temporarily and the following 

requirement must be met. Remote work must be approved 

by a manager or a Director and must be by email or Teams

- Company laptop must be kept safe at all times
- A smart phone, as a back up to communicate on Teams 

- Minimum 4G internet, wifi or broadband

- A quiet and bright environment to work 

- There must be no distraction in your working environment.

 

Applicant must possess the following qualities:-
- Must speak English very well

- Must be a tech savvy (Microsoft Office 3 Products)
- English level must be above 95% to 100%
- Must have a very clear and audible English language
- Should be confident, agile, patient, and have no emotional imbalance.
- Must live in Port Harcourt Nigeria.

- Must have a quiet and bright environment to work remotely suitable for video meetings if required by company to work remotely.

What you need to know?
1. Employment is full time. And some overtime and holidays work may apply.

2. Work hours is minimum of 8 hours per day for Full time working hours from 9am to 5pm. Some times may be required to work overtime for extra hours beyond your normal hours.

3. In most cases training hours are not considered work hours and would not be paid for by Bethel Digitech. In some cases training hour may be considered as work hours and could be paid for by Bethel Digitech. This would be discuss before hand.

4.Training hours are a maximum of 1 to 8 hours per day. And after training, hours duration is likely to change. But if you are paid for your training hours, then you may likely to be starting your working hours full shift straight away.

 - Renumeration:- 

You may be paid salary according to your home country currency. Application details below are estimate. Further details of contract will be specified on terms and condition.

Renumeration starting between N100,000,  you must be a Mid level or expert level of skills. to be given a full time opportunity. Salary/payment increase depends on your performance.

 Your KPI must be above 85% within the first 3 months.
- In case if training would not be paid for. You will be informed before your start and you must provide your consent that you agree to get unpaid training before you start.
