We are looking for a Social Media Ad Manager. This is an entry level position to work either onsite, Hybrid or remotely depending on location, circumstance and our management approval.

 BASIC REQUIREMENT:

 Applicant must have the following:-

- A laptop as applicable either our company laptop etc.
- A personal smart phone 

- Minimum 4G internet

- A quiet and bright environment to work 

- There must be no distraction in your working environment.

 

Applicant must possess the following qualities:-
- Must speak English very well

- Must be a tech savvy (Microsoft Office 3 Products)
- English level must be above 95% to 100%
- Must have a very clear and audible English language
- Should be confident, agile, patient, and have no emotional imbalance.

- Must have a quiet and bright environment to if they will work remotely suitable for video meetings if required by company to work remotely.

What you need to know?
1. Working arrangement could be freelance, Part time, full time or either

of the above three options?

2. Work hours could be 2 to 4 hours per day for part time working and/or Full time working hours from 6 to 12 hours per day or more. With one or two hour paid or unpaid break in between working hours. Any over time beyond your normal hours must be approved by your manager.

3. In most cases training hours are not considered work hours and would not be paid for by Bethel Digitech. In some cases training hour may be considered as work hours and could be paid for by Bethel Digitech.. This would be discuss before hand. 4.Training hours are a maximum of 1 to 8 hours per day.. And after training, hours duration is likely to change. But if you are paid for your training hours, then you may likely to be starting your working hours full shift straight away.

 - Renumeration:- 

You may be paid salary according to your home country currency. Application details below are estimate. Further details of contract will be specified on terms and condition.

Renumeration starting between $3 to $5 per hour,  you must be a Mid level or expert level of skills. to be given a full time opportunity. Salary/payment increase depends on your performance starting from $5 to $10. Your KPI must be above 85% within the first 3 months.
- In case if training would not be paid for. You will be informed before your start and you must provide your consent that you agree to get unpaid training before you start. After training; if you are working without shadowing anyone/trainer, you would be allowed to work more hours exceeding 3 hours daily depending on availability of task.
